Cheat Codes

About

Hailing from Los Angeles, Cheat Codes is the dynamic electronic trio behind some of the biggest genre-blending anthems of the last decade. Comprised of Matthew Russell, Trevor Dahl, and Kevin Ford, the group first broke onto the scene in 2015 with the breakout single “Visions”—a melodic house heater that set the tone for their radio-ready, festival-certified sound.

With each member bringing their own sonic background—from indie-pop to beat-driven EDM—the trio quickly carved a niche with tracks like “Don’t Say No”, “Senses”, and “Adventure”, balancing infectious hooks with innovative production. Their massive 2016 hit “Sex” (with Kris Kross Amsterdam) and the tropical dance smash “Let Me Hold You” (with Dante Klein) catapulted them to international fame, amassing streams in the billions and earning multi-platinum certifications.

In 2017, Cheat Codes leveled up with the global hit “No Promises” featuring Demi Lovato, which landed in the Billboard Hot 100’s Top 40 and went platinum across the U.S., Australia, and Europe. Their subsequent No Promises World Tour spanned the U.S., Europe, and Australia—cementing their place on the world stage.

Known for their collaborative spirit, Cheat Codes has worked with a who’s who of pop and EDM royalty, including Fetty Wap, Kim Petras, Kiiara, Afrojack, Kaskade, and Trixie, as well as remixing icons like U2, Sean Paul, and Thirty Seconds to Mars. Their Level 1 and Level 2 EPs showcased their evolving artistry—moving seamlessly from anthemic pop to underground dance sounds.

Whether headlining global festivals, dropping chart-dominating singles, or bridging the worlds of pop and EDM, Cheat Codes continues to be a defining force in dance music—blurring lines, breaking rules, and keeping the party going worldwide.
