Quote Terms (Please Read)

  • CONFIDENTIALITY: The content, including pricing and documentation here known as Proprietary Information, is confidential and intended for the recipient(s) specified in the message with this special link/URL only. It is strictly forbidden to share this Proprietary Information with any third party, without a written consent of the sender. If you received this link by mistake or found out it was unauthorizedly shared, please notify [email protected] and follow with its deletion.
  • TERMS NOTICE: It is expressly understood that, for your convenience, you will be purchasing a comprehensive, all under one contract: 1) PERFORMANCE talent via Operation Glow, 2) MAJOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL via Clik Entertainment, LLC and supplied by Massive Audio Visual, LLC 3) MOTOR CARRIER SERVICE via various partners 4) AV SERVICE technicians, engineers, operators, etc. via Clik Entertainment, LLC. Therefore, our terms, to which will all reside under Clik Entertainment, LLC, inclusive of: 1) A cancellation provision that suffices for the warehouse team that packs & unpacks for the event, the teams’ transportation, the motor carrier that delivered and picked-up the rented equipment, the materials and accessories purchased, etc. 2) A hold harmless or mandatory participant waiver when physical, special, or intense effects are being purchased. 3) All terms and procedures (some required by law) that are exclusive to each special effect, equipment, and performance. We are open to incorporating external non-conflicting terms, as business should be conducted; however, please allocate enough time for all terms to be reviewed by all parties.
  • TAX If there are taxes to be withheld or later remitted by us, from our compensation, please declare the tax rate upfront. Tax is not included in this quote.

  • ACCESSORIES: Accessories require one month to be ordered. Many are custom.
  • BOOKING: Once a verbal confirmation is made, we will begin to confirm the teams for your event. This process can take up to seven (7) business days as some individuals may need to arrange other responsibilities - they do so in good faith given your verbal confirmation. Please DO NOT REQUEST A CONTRACT IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROCESS IT IN TIME. Once we have all teams confirmed, we will then issue the e-signable contract for your signature. Pricing and availability is not guaranteed until our agreement has been signed by both parties.
  • CONTRACT ADDENDUMS: If you have terms that you'd like to enter into the agreement, please allow up to seven (7) business days for our team to review each revision. In some cases, especially around busy seasons, this may take longer.
  • ONLINE ACCOUNT: You have or will be sent an online account with will contain a COI request form, W9 access, and more.
  • CONTRACT EXTENSIONS: When a contract is sent, we hold the date for a 14 day duration unless otherwise specified. If it needs an extension, we will raise the cost by 1%-5% each extension. Extensions are typically 7 days.
  • LATE BOOKING: A late booking percentage of 5%-25% will be automatically applied to the Grand Total (not included in the website pricing) and adjusted over time if: a) upon request to move forward, should the request be less than 3 weeks prior to the Service Start Date; and b) should the contract not be signed, returned to us, and processed (takes up to 2 business days) at least 2 weeks prior to the Event Date. In this case, should you sign the contract but it is not yet countersigned by us, we will furnish an Amendment with the updated price prior to our countersignature on both the Contract and Amendment. This percentage covers the increased costs of lodging, expedited materials, flights, rushed labor, and increased rental prices. Please plan accordingly!

More Discounts

  • Multiple Bookings Discount: On top of any Level discounts, we will discount a compounding 2% per additional booking, up to 10%, descending from the highest contract, assuming all contracts are signed/countersigned/completed at the same time, and are fully executed. E.g. Given 3 contracts, Event1 @ $2K, Event2 @ $1K, Event3 @ $3K. Event3 will book as-is being the most expensive, Event1 will have an additional 2% off, and Event2 will have an additional 4% off being the cheapest. This discount may exclude materials and custom productions, and may not apply to busy dates.
